A: Directly though this website, you'll be able to upload your photo (if applicable).

Q: How do I know what the engraving will look like, such as fonts, layout, bars and lines engraved?

A: After you place an order you may request to see a jpg proof. If you elect not to see a proof, rest assured we are confident that our design team will create something for you.

Q: Are any other layouts available?

A: Sure, it's impossible for us to list everything that is available. If you have a special request please contact us.

Q: Who owns custompetmemorials.com and what are the hours of operation?

A: custompetmemorials.com and topawards.biz are the specialty websites run by us at Graphic Creations, LLC. Our retail shop is open M-F 10-5est.

Q: What forms of payment are accepted.

A: Visa, MasterCard, company check, certified check and money orders.

Q: What type of images are usable?

A: We can use most high/medium quality images. Submit what you have, we will notify you if the quality is good enough for us to use. The larger the image the better it will look on an engraving.

Q: Is live help available online?

A: During most business hours.

Q: When will my order be fulfilled?

A: Orders are shipped within seven to ten business days unless you opt for 3 or 5 day rush service.

Q: Is engraving included in the pricing on the website and are their setup fees?

A: Yes, engraving is included.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Pricing can be found in the shopping cart section of the website.

Q: Can I pickup my order in person?

A: Yes, we are located in Central Maryland, 30 miles from the capital beltway and 40 miles from the Baltimore beltway in Frederick County located just off of I-70. MD sales tax must be paid by MD businesses and residents (based on shipping address) unless you are a tax exempt organization. If you elect to pick up the awards sales tax is also applicable. If you are tax exempt, bring your certificate otherwise we must charge sales tax.

Q: Is there sales tax

A: 5% for MD businesses, this is based on the shipping address. In person pickups are also charged sales tax.
